It’s been close to a week since I smoked or had a drink and it feels just great. Yes, I mean I quit smoking and drinking... Ohhhhhahhhhha... I am so sorry for the tobacco companies, one person down in contributing to their gross margins...hehehe...
Anyways, started hitting the gym from the past 3 days, man I missed the gym. I am going on a liquid diet from today for the next 2 weeks (Liquid diet = not beer and alcohol J instead fruit, vegetable juice, Milk shakes and of course water). It’s just that my body needs a cleansing and this would be the best way to get all the toxins out. I hope to extend the liquid diet if my body permits.
